Position: Chief Financial Officer
Location: Greater Nashville, TN
On-site | Faith-Based | Nonprofit

The CFO will report directly to a nationally respected leader known for blending military, corporate, and nonprofit leadership. This is more than a financial role—it’s an opportunity to steward mission-critical resources with purpose and integrity.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all aspects of finance, budgeting, and compliance

• Oversee billing, HR collaboration, and risk management

• Steward endowment and cash reserves with sound investment strategy

• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive operational and strategic goals

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years in a CFO, controller, or senior financial leadership role

• Deep experience in budgeting, compliance, and financial forecasting

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
